"Dragon's Rise - The Forgotten Realms" challenge entry

Here's my entry to the "Dragon's Rise: The Forgotten Realms" Artstation challenge. I came in late, but i had a blast working at this. It was my first Artstation challenge, and i had fun.

The Forgotten Realms is a mountainous archipelago. They are unexplored islands which harbour many mysteries. They are thought to be the nexus of all the magic in the world, because of the power of the crystals.
Sometimes plants and other living beings in close proximity to the crystals become imbued with their power, becoming conduits of magic themselves, manifesting that in many shapes and forms.
Dragons have a deep connection to both the land and magic. For eons they have been the safe keepers of the archipelago.
